The owner of the company as well as this project is Mr. Trifun Poljak, who has had more than forty years of experience in construction as a manager of construction projects. For more than 30 years, he worked on the demanding Swiss market. In 1996, Mr. Poljak founded his own company in Croatia. In Switzerland, he specialised at a university-level course in the causes and methods of remediation of construction problems arising after the final works.
Villas Poljak are the newest project in our offer. The villas are located in the immediate vicinity of Zadar and Nin. All villas are built in accordance with the turn-key system, and it is also possible to customise the choice of kitchen and sanitary facilities according to the buyer’s preferences.
